All you will need for the 20 minute introduction class is a bottle of water and to wear sports shorts and a t-shirt.

It is a much better way for your child to become comfortable and be less intimidated and daunted by starting a new sport. It also helps us to assess if it will be beneficial for your child to start training with us. We are not inclined to jump children straight into a class.

Absolutely not. We are here to teach you from the beggining and help you develope both the skill and love for the sport.

For the introduction classes your child will not require equipment. When you sign up to do the 3 "starter" classes you will recieve a pair of gloves and that will be all that is required until further into training. As your child progresses we will inform you of anything that may be required.

The 3 classes are to see if you, your child and the club are a suitable fit, without locking in to any commitments. We understand that it's not for everyone, but hope that your child loves it as much as I do. The "starter" pack includes a pair of gloves, so that he or she can really get a feel for Muay Thai.

Adult classes are coming to Affininty Dojo's in 2021. We will have times and dates set early March.

Absolutely. Please come down and watch and see if Muay Thai is something your child would like to learn.

I do ask you to send me an enquiry before hand, just so I know you will be there and can come over and say hello to both yourself and your child.
